Fulfillment Location
All orders are handcrafted and shipped directly from our workshop in Roorkee, India.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on U.S. regulations.

If any item from your order is missing upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and details. We will investigate the shipment and arrange to send the missing item at no extra cost or issue a full refund for that item.
