BrassBeam operates as an online studio. We work directly with our artisans based in India and ship worldwide.

4. Are your fixtures certified?
Yes — all BrassBeam fixtures are UL/CE compliant, safe for both US and EU installations.
5. Do you offer customization?
Yes. You can choose brass tone (Raw / Antique) and shade finish (Matt Black / Matt White / Cream). Additional customization is available on request (size, drop height, arm length).
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
2. Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship directly from our workshop partner, which allows us to maintain artisan-level craftsmanship and fair pricing.
3. How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
4. Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free. Local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
5. Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to your email.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged fixtures in their original packaging.
2. How do I request a return?

3. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are issued within 30 business days after the item safely arrives at our facility.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible when the desired item is in stock or can be custom produced.
Payment & Orders

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and secure payment options available at checkout.
2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are encrypted and processed via certified secure gateways.
3. Can I modify or cancel an order after purchase?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours. After that period, production may have already begun.

Yes. Every light comes with installation instructions, and additional support is available if needed.
2. Are your fixtures dimmable?
Yes, our lights are LED and dimmer compatible when paired with the correct bulb and dimmer switch.
3. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or resolve it promptly.
