1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

2. Return Instructions

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear pictures if the item is damaged or defective
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging before being shipped back.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, BrassBeam will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
After review, we will offer one of the following solutions:

We will cover the cost of shipping for verified defective items.

6. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first.
Once the returned item is approved and received, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Refund Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days after the return has been inspected.
Please note banks or card providers may take additional time to post funds back to your account.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been processed and shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@brassbeam.com. Please include your order number in the email.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may still request a return once the order has been delivered, according to our Return Policy.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
