BrassBeam - Return & Refund Policy

Every BrassBeam piece is handcrafted to order in solid brass. Please read this policy before you order: by placing an order, you agree to it.

In short

• Change of mind: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: we fix it at our cost. Send us photos within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom pieces (custom size, length, finish or color) cannot be returned, except if damaged or defective.
• Refund within 5 business days after your return is delivered to our returns center.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order ships: we refund you in full within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, our return policy applies.

Change of mind returns

1. Email us at info@brassbeam.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
2. The item must be unused, uninstalled, with all parts, in its original packaging.
3. Return shipping is at your cost. Please use a tracked service: we cannot refund a parcel we never receive.
4. As soon as the tracking shows your parcel delivered to our returns center, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

The original shipping (free) and the shipping protection are not refundable. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be refunded.

Not returnable

• Custom-made pieces (custom size, rod or chain length, finish, color or any personalized option)
• Installed, used or modified items
• Sale items and gift cards

These items remain covered if they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We will send a replacement part, a new piece or a refund, at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to send anything back.

European Union and United Kingdom

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as required by law. Return shipping is at your cost, and the refund follows the steps above. This does not apply to custom-made pieces.
